My biggest gripe with finance is when people rant and rave on about "if you can't pay cash, you can't afford it", as if finance means we don't have to pay for our cars... Madness. Thank you for being open and honest about what you do!

I totally agree it's such a faff, for me it was like a cat and mice chase. I had a credit score of around 993 when I went through finance for a new bmw 2 series and still got declined, so I had to consistently keep hunting and finally got accepted in the end.
