Dude, concrete absorbs so much heat from sunlight. I thought, it's probably not much. But so many plants died and I was an expert gardener. Maybe this is different but we changed house because of the heat. There was no paint. Just concrete floor on the balcony.

As a civil engineer I feel like this house is not a perfect marriage of engineering and architecture, instead it is 99% architecture and 1% engineering.
Engineering should be always focused on maximum quality output with minimal input.
The ribbon structure does not add anything extra to the structure and only to the aesthetics.
Any engineer would prefer a straight (easy concrete moldable) canopy to avoid heating

These are the rare projects in india. Our architects are just busy building flats. There creativity is getting wasted due to unnecessary competition among peers and raising standard demands only.
They are just trying to build more and more thats it.
