“Intellectual Property (IP) Text and Context with BananaIP" is a program aimed at providing IP developments and updates through live and recorded sessions. Discussions may relate to recently decided cases, Government policies/updates, IP Office matters, International Treaty developments, and any other relevant topics. Expert opinions and reflections may be sought during the sessions, and these discussions are open for public participation. The primary focus of each discussion will be on how a particular development can affect business activities and IP practice.
