For everyone saying it's a remake, it's not. This is from a Philippine novel adaptation called "He's into Her". Yes, he's a bully (but gets better in the long run and when I say better, I mean the greenest of all green flags) and yes, she hates his guts. I haven't seen the adaptation yet but in the novel, it took a long time for Max (the girl) to reciprocate Deib's (the boy, pronounced as Deyb) affection. They actually were enemies to friends to lovers and Deib had to grovel *hard* just to make her forgive him and was like a dog following her around to get her attention. Also, the way he came to the realization that he fell for her was funny af. He tried so hard to avoid her and deny his feelings but my man was just laser focused wherever she went. Lmfao The genre of the novel is action, romcom, enemies to friends to lovers, and drama. Also, it has the he fell first, she fell harder trope. 😊

Why this is acceptable? Even if it’s just fictional for entertainment purposes, it’s still bullying and harassment. This is not cute or a good thing to portrait as any form of love.
