IP Header Format min size is 20 bytes and max 60 bytes. You are wrong, If you can't explain then don't do it, if you can't speak English, then speak in Hindi/Urdu or whatever your mother tongue is but for God sake, don't play with our minds.

Ip header minimum size is 20 byte and maximum 60 You were said that ip header size is 32 bit but actually the ip address ver 4 only the 32 bit address, its only a portion of the v4 header
