Hi simon, thank you for the great tips and tricks. One qustion, the crop tool in the website doesn’t completely match the requirements, You see the face should be maximum 69percent of the whole photo height but when the website crops your photo (the one that you manually place those eyes on your face) the face is something between 70 to 72 percent of height, so can we trust the photo tool on website? Or the photo cropped by the state government website is acceptable?

Great Simon, I simply used the VisaFoto-Tool for my picture and I think that 5 Euros (or 7 Dollars) is a reasonable price since I don't want to spend the whole day creating an own picture without knowing if I got all the requirements right.
I have a further general question on the DV program 2025: does it mean that in case that I win the actual lottery in May 2024 I had the right to enter the States in 2025 at the earliest? Thanks
