This is my full review ouf the newest budget tablet by Samsung, and successor to the galaxy Tab A7. There wasn't much hype about the new Samsung galaxy Tab A8 because of a number of reasons, including the fact that there isn't a radical difference between the galaxy tab a8 and the galaxy tab a7. There were some very subtle changes or upgrades implemented on the samsung galaxy tab a8, but those subtle changes actually make the tab a8 stand out more. There was also a pretty radical change in specs, not in terms of tab a8 performance, but rather in terms of the collab between Samsung and the chip manufacturer for the 2021 samsung galaxy tab a8. We find a UNISOC chipset in the new galaxy tab a8, as opposed to what we have seen in the past on previous tablets. There is no doubt that the past couple of years have been pretty tough on manufacturers, so there is no surprise that Samsung shifted to another manufacturer for chipsets as it is trying to drop as many samsung galaxy tablets as possible and satisfy customer on a very wide spectrum, anywhere with its flagship galaxy tab S line (tab s8, tab s7...) all the way to its midrange tablets and budget tablets.

I got the A8 last week. Performance seems sluggish and sometimes doesn't respond or freezes up. Turning everything off doesn't help either. I want to love it.. I like the android marketplace app. I may return it and get the ipad9. I don't want to though ..but it has to run well. Thanks for your review.

At 11:47 there's a Good Lock icon, does it means that this tablet supports those modules? I always thought that One UI Core didn't support Good Lock. 🤔
