Learn How to Smell Like a Professional Perfumer or Flavourist

Показать описание

When you first start using professional aroma compounds to develop a flavor, or perfume, your brain may not be tuned into these isolated compounds so you may be unable to smell them correctly. This technique, using retronasal exhalation, will help improve your ability to smell some complex aroma compounds, like Hedione and Iso E Super, which will allow you to make better flavour and perfume compositions.

This method can also be helpful with anosmia (smell blindness) to certain compounds.
