Perform a clean reinstallation of Synapse. WOW super helpful. How about not breaking your own software in the first place? It ran fine, auto updated and then won't start anymore.

5 years of this problem, and others. Hardware issues from time to time, software issues, driver issues, app issues. They had at least 5 years to fix this, not 5 days, not 5 weeks or 5 months, 5 YEARS. Multiple problems, trying in multiple PCs with different motherboards. I'm done, after my piece dies I'm going directly to the competitor. Never again, it's torture to keep wasting time on this.

I think the software is just garbage. I've tried everything including reinstalling it twice and nothing seems to work. Completely useless having this headset when all the configs of it is sat in the software that I cannot access. Terrible.

I purchased a keyboard from Razer, its the only product I've bought from them and it will definitely be the last razor product I ever buy. This software has constant issues, just from updating it. I'm actually looking to replace the working razer keyboard with a different manufacturer. Because of how annoying these issues are.

Is it me or does Razer Synapse have so many issues? From not being able to read devices to randomly crashing, to lights not syncing even when the app is running. I built a totally new top-of-the-line PC and this program still fails to function properly just like it did on my previous build.

current issue: synapse and cortex used to boot up with windows silently, now they ask for UAC control before booting, which is pretty annoying clicking 3 times and waiting for it to boot. Any idea how i can undo this to how it was

It worked perfectly fine yesterday before Razor updated this morning and now this morning it just fails to start. Soooo...? Now my my hundreds of dollars worth of product are just garbage now because I can't use the software that YOU broke through forced half-baked updates??

BUYERS BEWARE- They've been forcing updated on my software nearly every other day for the past month days and these updated *always* break something. If you can't put out a decent update, then don't force people to update it. Don't BREAK my keyboard, mouse, and configs. I work form home and I'm sick and tired of it, and if things don't change soon, I'm looking at buying my upgrades in the future with other companies who aren't a pain in the neck.

The main thing that Razer is known for is the lighting. How hard is it for a company to do the 1 thing they are known for? I just simply want to run Razer Synapse and have my lighting work. It's always showing the rainbow of lights and it's irritating!

I have a issue after i leave my pc for a longer period of time and razer won't work after getting back to it or i'm even manage to open it as administrator or what ever after 2 restars of the computer it starts working again... Any help? This is so annoying because i actually need razer synapse to do my stuff.

Razer has acknowledged they are aware of the issue and think they may be able to fix this in some future update of Razer Synapse 3.0 but no timeline of when or if they are sure it can even be resolved. It appears all Razer peripherals are headed to the ewastebin unless you want high cpu temps and your noise levels to skyrocket as fans try to lower temperatures due to the Razer Synapse software constantly high CPU utilization. Here is hoping for a class action lawsuit for people to recoup their money for all the Razer devices that are now ewaste since you can no longer have the macros, keybinds, ect... that you purchased the Razer peripherals for.

hey razer, i have been having porblems with loging into razer synapse as the razer central window, when opened is either a black screen or the window is clear and i am able to see my bg thru the window, if this is fixable please reply or send me a link to something that would help me fix this problem

I have a problem with my Razer Audio Mixer or Razer Synapse.
After minimizing games there is no sound. I only hear my voice through Mic Monitor. And after that I can't turn off/restart my PC without unplugging the USB cable from Audio Mixer.

If it does not let you start the services (You press start but they don't) what you can do is click Open Services, find the two services individually and press right click on them, then go the properties and switch the Manual option to Automatic, then hit apply(this will also make the two services run on startup so you don't have to do this manually every time), then hit apply, and then you should be able to start the services. If done correctly Razer Synapse should start
