So....this was the type of video that I, and my kids, have been waiting for. I enjoyed the training info but also learned a little about the two of you...partners. More than just numbers. It was great. Add this type when you can. The smiles, joking together along with the natural frustration that is often part of the process to be the best possible athletes. Sorry to hear that Boston is not on your upcoming schedule. As a Bostonian who knows that course very well....I know that runners meet that challenge when they are ready. Had my first proper race today since Boston last year. It was a 10k at 10 000 ft, and I managed a 38:11. Running the Lima marathon in May. Hoping this 10k is a sign of things to come :) I wanna break 2:45.
