The cause of the fires, could be as simple as a tail pipe making contact with some dried grass, that’s what I think happened in T O after the shooting at the pub off Moorpark Rd, back a few years ago

You have to consider the impact of weather control technology. They can augment the velocity of the wind and do so. Constant chemtrails
everyday to dry out and warm the air. We have had opportunities for rain in the late fall. Technology has been used to obstruct it. Technology has been used for decadea to prevent rain and force California into drought. The patents for weather control technology are on record. The military now owns the weather. We have a serious division in the military with the CIA still controlling factions.
