I remember summers when I was younger. I remember those nights I would be up until 4-5 am, reading books or writing. I remember the open window and that very particularly fresh smelling cool air that would waft through, particularly in August, when the first signs of Autumn were showing.

These mixes somehow create that audio equivalent of that feeling. The music is new to me, yet nostalgic at the same time.

I’m older now, married, with a child. The world is warmer and the summer nights muggier than they used to be. But every once in a while I get a rare night in summer, where I can open the window and write in the spotlight of a desk lamp, and that cool crisp breeze brings me back to childhood.

i noticed in a few spots that the music cuts out in the last segment for decent chunk of time and abruptly and then it comes back in after a decent length of silence lol loooove the music still but just thought id let someone know if they wanted to fix it if they wanted too or if they can
