Forza Horizon 4 - Official Battle Royale Announcement Trailer | The Eliminator

In celebration of our amazing fans, we bring you an all-new, battle royale inspired game mode - The Eliminator, coming to Forza Horizon 4 for free in the Series 17 update on Dec. 12.


The Eliminator invites up to 72 players to face-off within an arena set in the open world of Britain. Eliminating one another in head-to-head races to earn upgrades and a chance to pick up faster cars. Arena walls contract throughout the game, forcing players closer together until a final white-knuckle race among the survivors determines the winner.

I actually like this concept for an open world racing game. You race people to a set destination and they're eliminated when they lose. You can get better cars via beating them. Simple, but innovative.

It's the 16th of September 2021, it just hit me like a brick when I checked the date the gamemode was added (Dec 12, 2019) that it's almost been out for two whole years.

Time flies. I can remember the day that this was added, the world was a better place then.

Why is everyone complaining? First of all, it's free, so don't play if you don't want to and that's all.
Also it seems actually fun, and yeah, we already have too many battle royale games... but I think it would be a whole new experience to do it by driving CARS.
