I’ve had this lifestyle since 2016. Haven’t had a lease since then. I finally realized I’d rather work in one place doing what I love then keeping bouncing around from trash job to trash job. A few of them out there are great but nothing pays that well and most employers will deny you because your resume is so nomadic. You have to lie and cheat to get interviews and jobs. If you don’t have a partner I highly don’t recommend this either. If you’re working and doing this in europe, sure it’s amazing, but in the States and elsewhere it’s very meh. Also, not hating at all, I’m so happy that you guys are loving it and making it work! I just wanted to share my experience. There is a freedom to it that can’t be matched I will say.

I am planning to quit my office job and just go full time accepting commissions. Right now I am just weighing the pros and cons coz nothing beats having two source of income. But being able to control your own time is very tempting.

Get a class A CDL with all of your endorsements. There are a ton of seasonal gigs. Pay between $30 to $45+ an hour (some with per diem). Labor / Helper w/ a CDL is what you would search for. This is on the West Coast.

My question is like when you fill out a job application do you use an address from your home state? Do you tell the interviewer that you are traveling and picking up jobs and won't be staying very long
