At 0:16 seconds as he gets out of the hole in the fence, he looks to his right and see something that makes him jumps sideways out of fear and keep running. Tried to rewind it and see if I could see a hand through the fence or something but nothing...

He could be running from walkers, bearing in mind the walkers would be fresh and able to move more quickly than the decaying ones from TWD season 4+
