8 CHICKEN DRUMSTICK
1 MEDIUM ONION
2 CLOVES OF MINCED GARLIC
1 TBSP TOMATO PASTE
2 TBSP SOY SAUCE
1 TBSP TERIYAKI SAUCE
140g HOT WATER
SALT
1 TSP CORIANDER SEEDS POWDER
1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1/2 TSP GINGER POWDER
3 TBSP COOKING OIL



-CHOP THE ONION INTO THICK SLICES AND KEEP ASIDE.

-IN A CAST IRON PAN PUT OIL HEAT ON MEDIUM TO LOW HEAT UNTIL HOT, ADD THE CHICKEN AND SALT, FRY THE
CHICKEN UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN, IT TAKES ABOUT 20 MINUTES, REMOVE FROM PAN.

-IN THE SAME PAN ADD THE ONION SAUTEE FOR 4 MINUTES, ADD SOY SAUCE, TERIYAKI SAUCE, BLACK PEPPER,
GINGER POWDER, CORIANDER SEEDS POWDER, CRUSHED GARLIC, TOMATO PASTE, MIX AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES
THEN ADD THE CHICKEN, STIR THEN LET IT COOK FOR 3 MINUTES THEREAFTER ADD WATER MIX WELL AND COVER COOK FOR 10 MINUTES ON LOW, STIR EVERY NOW AND THEN. ONCE IT’S READY TURN OFF THE HEAT, SERVE WITH RICE AND A GREEN BEANS SALAD, ENJOY.
