Self soothing is a great skill to have. Love the examples. I would love to hear more positive and healthy self soothing options.

It's so weird how quarantine changed my mind on some things. Before all of this I was not at all interested in video games. I didn't hate them or anything, I just didn't find them interesting. And now I spend pretty much every evening gaming with my friends. I love it, now I actually have more social contacts because of gaming than I had a year ago. I just never thought I'd ever turn into a gamer.

Music is great! I've got music playing constantly because I can't really deal with the silence right now. Currently it's a lot of Linkin Park, Five Finger Death Punch, Citizen Soldier etc, but also some uplifting bands like Brothers of Metal, Powerwolf, Sabaton or Amaranthe. And I also listen to Rammstein a lot too. Another thing little me thought I'd never like, but Till Lindemanns voice is just so amazing. German is my native language so I'm lucky to be able to understand their lyrics and I really like them. Not sure if that's healthy, but still better than the DSBM bands I used to listen to.
