She literally said "he was a week person, if I'm not there to guide him he would have been lost" clearly she was manipulating him at every step, making decisions for him while he was not realising.

You can always tell the character of a criminal when they start character-assassinating their victim. She wants everyone to think she was justified in having him shot in the face, and that she'd get away with it, She's a socio-path and a unrepentant murderer, From what everyone has said about Maurizio, he might not have been the best businessman, but he was a warm and caring soul who had been dealing with a manipulative psycho until he'd had enough. She should still be in jail.

From a manipulative & controlling wife to become a murderer. The young girls had lost their father & lost their mother - she failed her family completely. Greed, power, money & mental illness is a horrific mix.

She belongs in jail. Life sentence is most fitting. This is insane and unreal how she used his money to murder him and still getting 1.5 million a year from his estate. If he only listened to his father to not marry her because he knew she was after the money.

I think she was obsessed with the lifestyle

I think she did love him but was like kind of also obsessed with him. If someone leaves you for another woman you can't just kill them but she was frustrated, betrayed, he was weak and she was a strong character. It does not justify the murder. As Lady Gaga said I don't think she has murder gene something just trigerred in her mind

Lady Gaga killed it (no pun intended) in her role as Patrizia in house of Gucci 👏🏻

Still amazes me she did only half her sentence. Not good enough. She was involved in cold blooded murder. Shattered her daughters lives…

The translation is too soft. The italian words are more strong

He was happy without her and she couldn't stand it, as she saw him as weak and not able to do anything without her. Hard to say if she says the truth about him not seeing children as she is an absolute narcissist, they never say the truth and are manipulative 24/7.

she never had loved him, she was from th begining a golddigger

Regardless of what we think of her or what she did, e.g: people thinking she was a "gold-digger" etc, there are 2 facts we can't deny.
1. That when they married, he was estranged from the family & had No money or claim to Gucci.
2. When he was murdered they were already Divorced, so she would gain Nothing from it...
I think she loved him once upon a time, but she felt used and thrown away. And then when he said he wanted the divorce to be with Paola, she saw red. As they say, "hate is so close to love". I think her actions came from hatred that came after their love ended. She decided 'If I can't have you, then No One will', and then the rest happened. It's very sad for their daughters though.

Imagine all wives killing their husbands because they want to leave come on 🙄 bad things usually happen because people are just pure greedy!….what a sad person she is

I don’t know, I don’t hate her. I mean the husband abandon them and so on. The lady had no choice. She went a bit too far but again all that money was in the middle and she wasn’t going to let it go easy and she didn’t. I don’t applaud the crime but one was going to go down and it was t going to be her. I know I sound bad but I don’t dislike her. Again, I don’t approve the crime either.

The other drama is, that a iconic and prosperous family business was sold because of greed, hate and sheer incompetence.

Shes talking calmly like she wasnt the one who ordered the hit on him. She didnt serve long enough in prison clearly.

At least she is being real. She used her looks to get what she wanted. Maurizio wasn't a great guy either. she has based her entire life on materialistic value. It's sad but I think she was raised that way and didn't have a father to teach her the importance of hard work and had a mother who was very opportunistic too. Maurizio was weak and she picked up on it and so did franchi. I don't think Maurizio got his say when it came to the women in his life. But can't blame him for the divorce when his family hated her so much.

In the end Patrizia you not deserve caring Gucci’s family name . You took his life.

She had surgery for a large brain tumour in the years after he left her. That may not excuse her calling a hit on him but the tumour may have affected her thinking over the years and made her less rational. Whatever about abandoning his wife, Maurizio Gucci also abandoned his daughters. The daughters come off worst in the whole scenario. I would judge their mother more harshly had she not suffered from a brain tumour.
