Doug do you mind if I share some of your content on my YouTube channel?

Just to add to the SpinRite discussion - an 8tb NVMe drive has a five year warranty. You would likely be under warranty and running SpinRite can kill a drive and ruin any possibility of data recovery that might have otherwise been recoverable professionally. If you get a moment to take to Brian Cometa (or any other data recovery specialist) ask them their opinion on SpinRite. Also, drives are dirt cheap or are under warranty, so I remain unconvinced that SpinRite is anything any should ever use under any circumstance. If SpinRite could FIX a drive, it would be unwise to continue to use that drive, in my opinion. Most anything SpinRIte can fix is just temporary. A failing drive will still fail and SpinRite could out-right murder the drive which might have otherwise not have completely failed as soon. Just FYI. But we can agree to disagree! :D

I think if you want to get to a million subscribers on YouTube, I suggest you start making cat videos! :) I've been doing this since 2008 and after 16-17 years, I am still under a half million subscribers and views throughout this platfrom have been fading for all of us content creators on this platform. Lets hope that changes, but I think YouTube is becoming MySpace and, likewise, the culture has moved on... I hope I'm wrong.
