This is why you should always ask if your surgeon will be using something called a _BIS monitor_ during the procedure. This is a device that measures brain activity and can alert the doctors if the patient regains consciousness.

I know this guy personally when i lived in Bradford as a teenager.
Not the person I would give sympathy for to put it nicely.

They could monitor brain activity with sensors and AI.
Using pre installed words like pain/help/stop.
If the patient think of those words at any point. It would trigger particular zones in the brain. Then AI will warn about awakenes.

I don’t blame the doctors there doing there best mistakes happened but that is the worst one to happen it’s scary but better than dying that’s for sure
