Can a "solution" be used as a template for many different "companies"? Or does using the "solution" in an app embed the specific information to that company?

(My understanding would suggest Community Plan BUT I think you have to have a work or school account already. Also thinking free Developer environment if you do have at least an E3 subscription.)
