when I open up the sandisk security app no drive showes up its just empty and there was no terms and conditions window that popped up inside it.

This didn’t work for me. I’ve added security. It only states install sa disk software for Mac which I tried to do but it says not compatable when it should be. 😅

Even though I have enabled "External disks" in the Finder Preferences, the SanDisk SSD does not appear on my Mac Ventura desktop. Please help!

when I go to Time Machine and then cancel, it says I didn't eject the SanDisk properly. No idea what's happening.

Why install their SANDISK security app when I can encrypt the ssd with HFS+ anytime I want ???

I plugged it in the mac and it i can see the icon. When i double click - the security page doesnt show up - the only thing that shows us is the directory of contents of the SSD

Just got my SanDisk 2TB SSD guide yesterday. It does not have SanDisk Security on it - it has Mac and Windows "Install SanDisk Software" files - when I install the Mac .dmg file, it seems to do nothing - it has a menu with only one option, which is "Quit". So I don;t know what, if anything, this software does, and I don't know if I need to format the SSD or do anything else before using it!
