**Soyuz Crew Prepares for Upcoming Mission to the International Space Station**

At the Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center in Star City, Russia, the prime crew for the Soyuz MS-26 mission, including NASA astronaut Don Pettit and Roscosmos cosmonauts Alexei Ovchinin and Ivan Vagner, underwent final qualification training on August 20 and 21. They were joined by their backup crew members, NASA’s Jonny Kim, and Roscosmos cosmonauts Sergei Ryzhikov and Alexei Zubritskiy. The crew is gearing up for their launch to the International Space Station on September 11 from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. This mission marks the start of a planned six-month stay aboard the orbiting laboratory.
