Its true!! This happens on more than 20 spots around the country. I went to one in Oregon. Doesnt matter the vantage point. You can stand directly to the side, equal distance from both 10 feet away, and watch them shrink and grow as they switch places.

The only thing here that makes my brain want to stop working is the genius who wrote this script. There are so many contradictions, exaggerations and inaccuracies, I seriously don't think anyone is capable of being that wrong, that often on purpose. I especially like how they even put in an extra animation to circle the vertical bubble on the I mean "ruler" They should have done a split screen and shown the vertical bubble the entire video just so we can be sure this is not a scam put together by someone trying to cheat at measuring his genitals.
