MIDI 2.0 Function block name change

This video shows a MIDI device that supports 8 groups and non-static function blocks (the MIDI spec does not refer to them a "dynamic"). Function block 1 is assigned only to Group 1. The device send an update function block name notification a few seconds after it had been connected. This results in the name of the port to change. In case multiple function blocks would use Group 1, then the name of each function block will be shown for group 1. so on an actual device the user would assign a function (synth, controller) to a group, and then this will change. Though there aren't any MIDI (UMP) device that use non-static function blocks AFAIK.
