I don’t understand why people don’t section the hair when using the curling barrel?
And her hair looked to dry which is why she struggled to get the hair on the barrel.

Please watch Dyson’s tutorials before critiquing. I love mine, and by following their directions, it’s been a breeze to use.

It didn’t appear that she held the hair in the right position to attach it to the curler. Hold your hair about 10 cm away from the end, then position the end of the hair close to the curler and it will attach. Don’t try to attach the hair by holding the ends with your fingers and manually placing it directly on the curler. There is a slight learning curve but it’s easy to get the hang of it. You’ll also just have to play with how damp your hair should be until you figure out what works best for your hair type to get it to attach. Also all the tools are meant to be used on damp hair, the straightening brush would of done a better job if the hair had more moisture and possible if the sections were combed from underneath the hair to add more tension.

it would work better on your layers if you sectioned it off first, then it wouldn't grab the bits you didn't want it to

That’s outrageously priced! Great review! I use the Calista brand that is similar and it works great and much, much less expensive!

According to official instructions, you suppose to hold your hair like 2 inches from the end then it sucks the hair perfectly. It works well for me though

Shoot an extensive and detailed actual review once you actually know how to use the product. Oh! I mean if and when you get the time for it. The person seemed awfully busy to invest time for this.
