This would correct the devastation caused by wages we see on the west coast. 50, 000 homeless people can not just be moved out of the street. It is absurd to speak of removing the homeless people without a wages that are a living local commute..

I am having a hard time and my water is past due and electric since covid 19.. I'm paying reant however..I nerd to know in the state of Va. How do I get access to this help on utilities. The water co. threatened to turn my water off..please help me find the place or people that I turn to for help in Va. I'm disabled on ox at home..I only have ssi to live on and no husband now I'm widowed now..I have no one to turn to..please help me cause I can't get anyone to help me and I'm so stressed and scared..tyia for any help u can give me. I'm retired and worked in nursing before that when I became disabled.Again please help me.tyia
