This is a new design of compact larder for 2021.
At 4.5mtr x 2.4mtr it still incorporates a prep room & chiller, which has a capacity of 6-10 beasts depending on size. As always it comes fitted with electrics, plumbing, equipment & handwash sinks & stainless steel Tonon rail system.
Much easier to gain access down narrow Estate lanes than our more commercial larders.
