Last time I took a "screenshot" with motion blur I literally just did a screencap, relying on the in-game motion blur. I didn't have quite as much control over the framing, but it did the trick for the quick and dirty that I was drafting.

You have to bind a key or keys for fov slider when using relative cam if you don't have a numpad.I use ctrl up and down arrows
