There are a few treatment options and some of them are simple medication to loosen the stool but other more invasive treatments such as rubber band ligature and cauterization of hemorrhoids are available.

It is really important to understand how and when to use these surgical treatment options because they do come with side effects. Certain risks such as risk of bleeding are a good incation to actually use these treatment options.

I was referred to see a colon/rectal surgeon by my PCP. When I went they did a finger test and told me I had internal and external hemorrhoids. He suggested I get a colonoscopy done to make sure there’s nothing beyond the hemorrhoids. Lo and behold I was hit with some news I didn’t want to hear, I was diagnosed the next day after my colonoscopy at the age of 39 with colon cancer. Did surgery and was told it was stage 3 colon cancer. I’m going on my second year cancer free

This problem is so UNREAL I’ve had the surgery it was some of the most painful stuff I’ve been thru, no one knows what to do about it there’s millions of creams and herbs and lotions and NOTHING it BAFFLES me that in this day and age w modern science and medicine it’s just like 🤷🏽‍♂️, never really considered suicide before but the uncomfortable pain is UNREAL and I can’t really take it anymore and can’t do another surgery

At 49 I'm a man that has been fortunate enough to go through my entire life not having to deal with health problem until now. Been dealing with internal and 1 external hemorrhoid for months now.. keeps coming back.. nothing works except don't push.. but then poop builds up and causes me stomach pain and discomfort.. need to poop.. slight push to get it going.. BAM back to square one again.. this is a nightmare.. never had suicidal thoughts until now I tell ya.. 😢

Mine doesn't itch or hurt or bleed. I just feel a squirming or tickling feeling. Doctor just told me today it's not worms if I haven't lost 50 pounds or been having diarrhea or drank any suspicious water from a mountain. He said it's hemmeroids and I asked what it is and he said a swelling of the veins. Told me to use some cream. I guess I will try it.

Everything says hemmeroids are felt when sitting down and it hurts. I have no problems when sitting down. But earlier I felt it just standing up in the kitchen. It's alarming. For the past 3 weeks I have felt it every night but mostly only when on my back with my knees up like gaming in bed. When I'm on my side I don't have the problem as much. So I was thinking maybe gas if it's not worms but I dont know.

I don't see anything in the mirror and nothing in my stool.
