if you genuinely think about it, going with mister house is by far the smartest idea
he doesn't want to conquer, he wants to make and maintain a civilized society, even if that means capitalizing off of the few
he has lived for centuries, reorganized the strip completely in less than a decade and by far, the most ironic thing of them all, was against the idea of nuking the own country, yet was the only major pre-war CEO still alive by the time of new vegas
sure hes a glowie and hes sort of objectively evil sometimes, but even though his firepower overwhelms all of the factions in the mojave, he still chooses to attempt to resolve things peacefully, such as the constant failing attempts of the NCR to take over the strip
