How to fix 'you do not have permission to open the application 'Game app', another easy solution

Sometimes when you download a game or application from the internet and try to open it, you get a message;-
you do not have permission to open the application "Game app", Contact your computer or network administrator for assistance.
Cannot open application " "
this is a system message that can be solved and you can give your personal permission to any application using the procedure described in the video.

I have applied the procedure to rpg maker game

Important note: - Everyone should run "sudo spctl --master-enable" to re-enable gatekeeper after opening/using the application you needed. Keeping it disabled is dangerous. You can check gatekeeper status with "sudo spctl --status" as well.

Please do not forget to go to system preferences- Security & privacy- General- allow apps downloaded from- select App Store and identified developers
