Is it possible to programmatically add a private gallery?

Nothing good in this, it would be better if you guys support extension sync inside our MS accounts, and also those extension configurations, same as done for VS setting. It sucks that I need to install each extension and reconfigure it on every my device or when reinstalling VS, especially that many extension installers are actually msi packages for which this approach will not work.
