If you apply glycerine pharma grade you'll get good hydration, higher hydration does not necessarily mean a good product but the cream should not alter the skin Ph, Should not be irritable and should be therapeutic in nature so that matters

She should be the last person talking about quality skincare.

Actually this obsession about moisture as a parameter is a western thing (colder climate) where dryness of skin is a major thing. India is a tropical country most of the time in a year if you are in a natural setting (without air conditioning) whatever cream you apply I just go away with sweat. And even adding moisture to your skin can lead to pimples or allergies.

Thats why she purchases expensive products and makes money by selling you cheap and worst products 😂😂😂

The main reason for expenses i research, if the brand do reasearches like La rochae posay or cerave they should increase their price to manage their cost. Some brands use the celebrity title. I would say if you want to pay a little extra spend for reasearch supporting products

It's about the quality of ingredients as simple as that

If you have a good skin health you don’t need a moisturiser. If you keep you using it without having a healthy skin, your skin will become dull over a period of time.

I expected a better answer in terms of high quality ingredients, better formulations, proven clinical results etc

My sis used many of her products and she followed every instruction on on the packaging yet no results, so she junked them and now reading all the comments I came to know that Mamaearth just relies on False Marketing and Placebo Effect.

Why strip the skin of moisture using commercial cleansers and soaps, then add serums, creams on top. Instead opt for double cleansing, use appropriate oil for you skin, region and season., then wipe of with warm wash cloth or water. Next wash with besan/ubtan/ moong etc based on your skin type and season. Also, the phase or cycle of your skin. If current you are going through a dry phase, use more gentle ones

My grandma always said, if you can't eat something, don't apply that on your skin. Skin is also an Organ. There are many home remedies and foods that are much better have less chemicals than these expensive and inexpensive creams.

I would have answered that question more precisely than her. Most probably the expensive cream would have great and costly ingredients and will give you a good experience for the price and the cheap cream would have inexpensive ingredients.

Just use coconut oil for moisturised skin naturally. No need for cosmetic creams. Fresh creme and honey will do the same hydration as a 1 lakh moisturiser and you can avoid chemicals as well. Nikhil should be more environmentally conscious and push natural remedies instead of costly moisturisers/facial creams. Most of all just hire a nutritionist to have a clean diet. Skin will start glowing from natural rejuvenation.

Unless something comes naturally with what you eat and lifestyle...all these products are just superficial.
