Working with copper nickel brake line is a joy compared to steel brake line. It’s a lot softer easier to put a double flare on two, the best thing of all is that it does not ever rust. They cost more than the steel but it is so much easier to work on and it’ll last, Everything’s better but the price. In the video I’ll go through the process of how to make a double flare

Whats the best file to take off the sharp lip left after second step going from DIN flare to SAE double inverted flare?
I am using a Capri Tools 3/16" Double Flare Tool (CP21110-316) and it's extreamly good quality and very easy to use. But I suggest you use something besides punch die grease because it gets all in the die and builds up from each use and I have found can make a uneven double flare. My deburring tool is a cylinder with outside and inside deburing but I don't think it's effective for a finished product.

I would like a link to the best affordable deburing tool and a fine file
