It's amazing how many Christians will watch this and feel inspired. And then go out and oppose feeding the hungry, housing the homeless and comforting the needy. They can look Jesus in the eye and tell him "I agree with what you're

She was so sad. Her transmutation to joy as she runs to go tell everyone else is extremely moving. Well done by the actress who played The Woman at the Well.

Apparently she preached for 30 years after this and was thrown in a well some time before she died there. She is now a Saint. May she intercede for us

One of the most beautufilul story from the Gospel of John! It has a lot of meaning!!!

I was so touched by this Gospel reading last March 12th of John 4:5-42. This movie is a beautiful depiction of that Gospel. God bless everyone.

When she runs away so happy and filled with joy. That's how I feel about the Lord and Jesus. If I get a burst of happiness out of nowhere, I know it's from Him ❤ and I always say thank You.

I absolutely love how they translated this scripture to the screen.
Has me in tears.
And then the last part with him saying “Who got you food?”.
We know who Jesus is and what he did but imagine being there with him in an he flesh and learning who he is for the first time.

Thank you for the upload, the gospel of the Lord with the Outcast Woman is one of the beautiful moments there.

This made me tear. Very good acting and a very anointed scene.

I'll admit I don't go to Mass every Sunday, but the last time I did go this was the Gospel that was read. It's nice to see a rendition of it, very well acted, really brings the reading to life!

Outcast woman: "You picked the wrong person."
Jesus: "I came to Samaria just to meet you."
Me: 😭😭

The depth of His love and mercy is beyond comprehension.

That ending with her running to joy, and the very last line was perfect! We all still have a long way to go...but we'll get there!

I’m weeping watching this. Absolutely beautiful, Jesus my Lord and my God.

Perfect casting of the woman. I will never hear this reading at Mass without thinking of this.

Her name is Photini. After her baptism she spread the gospel for 30 years in Samaria and Carhage. She converted Nero's daughter Domnia to Christianity, Nero got angry and threw her in a well where she spent weeks before she died.

This is such a powerful scene. Jesus does things so cleverly, so deep, it is amazing.
This actor is incredible. I can feel his intensity, his power, his conviction. It is amazing, I was on the verge of crying.

Awesome, I had a dream of this scenario where I saw that Jesus told this woman everything she had ever done and also told her solution to her problem, He totally delivered her and did the same to the people she called.
This is true evangelism with power.
May God give us grace. Amen

This brings me to tears. Again and again
