The 4th aspect of falling sick for SEP is that if u don't show up physically due to feeling unwell, u can't be paid. Often, then sick SEPs show up with sickness and that is just not good: slow to recover and spread virus to others. Basically, SEPs can't really afford to fall sick.😢
