Your recommendation for battery calibration (discharge to 0% and then charge back up to 100%) is a big NO NO. Maybe if the battery was a NiCad battery but not with the current Lithium batteries. You would be doing more harm than good. Current gen batteries want to stay between 20% - 80%. That is the optimum range. DO NOT discharge your iPhone battery down to 0%. That is just bad advice.

Even if you keep your battery set at 80%, iOS will occasionally take it to 100% automatically for you. So no need to change anything.
