If you bought a flat in Manchester in 2013, just 10 years later it would have doubled in value, so how can you predict this type of property boom?

How can you beat the market and invest in the right place at the right time? Well, over the years we have invested 100s of millions of pounds in property across the UK and regularly managed to pick property hotspots using 2 concepts.

So in this video I am going to teach you what these concepts are and exactly how to use them to predict the next property boom, without the need for a big budget or team of analysts.

And at the end I will give you my own predictions and reveal a few property hotspots that are set to boom in the next few years.

The only slight flaw in your boom>slump argument is that in REAL TERMS property values during this cycle have not increased at all. So we have gone flat (in real terms)>slight slump. This is unique and deserves some explanation I think.

I know people who sold their houses, rented a house and waited for a crash. They have all got it wrong. They are now priced out the market, or at least, bought a lower quality home.

uk isnt in the eu anymore, money circulation is getting worse and more businesses are going downhill which will sooner or later destroy UK piece by piece.... which later the house market will feel

What are your thoughts on Liverpool as an investment area. Domino effect from manchester, similar to your Derby comparison - has had significant investment as well as good transport links. Mutliple projects developed currently, with contractors etc occupying residential areas in the interim.

Could have bought a cupboard of olive oil in 2023 and sold it on the black market in 2024. Probably retire off the profits.
