Why I’d never wear this office outfit – and how to fix it! 👔✨

Nothing wrong with these pieces, but together, the look feels a bit off:
❌ The green blazer is a nice touch, but the outfit still looks flat.
❌ No contrast in volume makes it feel unbalanced.
❌ Ankle-length trousers with very high heels look dated.

Here’s how I’d fix it:
✅ Swap the heels – Kitten heels or pointy-toe ballerinas feel more contemporary and comfortable.
✅ Go for wider-leg trousers – The high-contrast combo with green stays, but the silhouette looks more modern.
✅ Add a belt – Instantly makes the outfit feel more put together.
✅ Jewellery matters – A small touch that elevates the whole look.
✅ Undo the hair & grab a bag – And now, the outfit is complete!

Wide leg with shorter tops/jackets is a must! The beige top underneath is the problem. Put a black top and interesting jewelry instead 😊.

I think a black top instead of a beige one would fit the black/green combination much better

As others have noted, don’t like beige top. Personally I feel the wide flared pants makes one look chunkier and leaves everything from waist down looking like a garment on a hanger.

It looks nice but as a short person I absolutely detest the idea of dragging my hem, so I would either have to keep the higher heels or the pants would need to be a bit shorter

The beige camisole does nothing for the outfit. Replace it with white or black.

It looks so much better. But I would change the T-Shirt as well. The beige colour looks a bit dated.

yes. the cami sticks out like a sore thumb. it totally flattens the outfit. A white cami or a blouse is what the outfit needed, not kitten heels or wide trousers

The “elephant in the room” is that beige camisole. Need to change that up.

Naa! You only had to change the colour of the camizole to black. The lime blazer would have shone through all by itself.

Apple green blazer is a challenging color to match for office wear. Basic & solid colors are recommended.

Would you mind to do a new version without changing the trousers and the shoes. Most of us still have them in our closets 😊
