I totally agree, content is king! The right hashtags, though, they can still make a difference. boost app social has been my go-to for generating relevant hashtags, and it's been a pretty rad experience, TBH.

I am so glad I watched this. Up until now I've been doing things the old school way and using 30 hashtags. Using only 3-5 hashtags, making them relevant and improving my content is my new way to go after watching this video. Plus it will save time.

Truth bomb 4 seems to suggest that Instagram gets to know your account over time as converting well for certain hashtags. That is if I always get good engagement for a certain tag then I'll do better and better with that tag as my engagement goes on and eventually become one of the top ranking in that tag. Which makes me wonder about the old adage of 'never repeat tags or you'll get shadowbanned'. I wonder if that holds any water, especially given they only want us to use 3-5. I mean variety is good for discovering new things but if people stumble on a good hashie they're going to keep using it!

The pro tip is why I always, always manually search every hashtags. Great video!
