When I flip the water/cleaner solution tank to put back on to the machine, it keeps squirting out of the cap no matter how tight it is.

it sprays everywhere even tho i tried tightening the cap on the clear part… it won’t spray out and mine has a really loud, unpleasant noise when i turn it one.

I just got mine and am using it for the first time right now. There is very little suction, my sofa has large wet spots on it. No stains have come up and the dirty water tank is still mostly bone dry. This is absolute garbage.
