The movements and them in your style is sooo good! The way you draw eyes are so pretty! Very well done!

Very well drawn, & you have some great motion techniques here! But, your rigging & execution could use work. Here's a few pointers: The core body should be treated as origin of movement, followed by anything branching outward, in order from central to outer. Considering the fulcrums of each "lever", so to speak. (Except in cases where a character is leaning on or holding something stationary, then that would act as another fulcrum to factor in.)

In Susie's case, her jaw is moving more than her snout (looks more like she's chewing than bopping to the music... which, fair, she's very often munching on things LOL, though I don't think it's intended here), when it should be the other way around; her snout's (child) movement originates at her jaw/head (parent), so it should amplify via rotation (or at least, simulated rotation), by simply moving the snout either as much as, or slightly further than, the jaw/head moves.

(The same COULD be argued with her right upper arm vs forearm, but in this case it looks like flexing her bicep, so that works this time. :D)

The back of Ralsei's head is moving more than his front as well. It doesn't look too bad though; seems it was to give him more ear movement, & in this case other than the stems of his glasses moving a bit much as a result, it looks tolerable. Maybe it's because his ears conceal the back of his head, thus it's easier to take it as movement of the ears themselves. Just saying that won't always work though, & the glasses give it away. Maybe putting more motion into the lower parts of the ears on their own (& less on the back of his head, and/or more motion on his muzzle) would work better, or having them on a different layer than his glasses.

Noelle's case is tricky; there's exaggerated movement of the chin & muzzle to simulate 3D, which is VERY challenging to do, especially at this angle! & I'm way worse at 3D so I can't be fully confident in helping out here, though I would suggest experimenting with:

- Moving her forehead/eyes, bangs (fringe), antlers, & roots of her ears a bit more (perhaps tilting more both forward & down) at each nod, so the head appears to be rolling toward the viewer more. With the very top parts (bangs & antlers) moving the most. I realize the muzzle WOULD move a bit more, by the principles I stated earlier, but given that hers doesn't seem TOO long, it wouldn't be by this much. More upper head roll = more 3D effect if done right.

- There are two kinds of nodding motions, one of which (chin-tucking) can have the pivot point close to the ears, thus you could try moving the ears slightly up & back when she looks down. Otherwise, if kept this way (nodding), maybe have them rise a tad bit more at the roots when she looks up than they already do, instead of just at the ends.

- Or maybe just not rocking the nose side-to-side quite as much as it is? & moving both the nose & mouth a bit more up & down instead? More like you did wiiiith...

Kris! They're pretty much PERFECT! Their facial aspects, hair, & shoulders have great synergy, with their mouth going closer to their chin as a foreshortening technique as the top of their head gets closer to the viewer. Their eyes thinning slightly as well for the same reason. & as a bonus (not always necessary but welcome), their mouth curves a bit, to show the roundness of their facial structure in a faux 3D manner when they lower their head. Very cool!

Humans probably ARE a good bit easier to do this for, but the same principles apply across the board, so I'm sure you can figure things out for more varied beings as you go along. Kris here is proof that you CAN do this extremely well! :)

This video was a super cool way to bring these characters to life in a vivid manner, & a neat flavored song to emphasize the sometimes twisted atmosphere of their adventures! Really neat style, good editing, cool idea, & fantastic artwork! :D
