I remember last year you talking about playing Keane upfront, now coming around to that train of thought, maybe when Branthwaite is back try him instead of DCL. What a finish 👏

We don't say it very often but we've made a brilliant signing. Ndiaye has the tricks and skills to give defenders a lot of headache. We've got to keep this unbeaten run going with the upcoming games as December's fixtures look torrid. And what a striker's finish today by Keane!

DCL is the worst finisher since Titus Bramble. Thank goodness we have center halves and midfielders to make up the lack of skill.

I reckon if Keane was played up front he'd be similar to Chris Wood, may not be the most elegant but a good striker of a ball, good in the air and has an eye for goal..

Young and Keane have really done their job lately. May it continue. When it comes to Kean/Dom discussion they really brings two different jobs on the table. Dom is a good hold up player, it's not enough to have a finisher.

I hope, when our 3rd points deduction inevitably arrives, that we have built up enough points to sill be clear of relegation.

I think the fan base agrees with you Rose: Keane is probably the best finisher on the squad. Credit to him, he's played out of his socks the last two matches. Ndiaye is just brilliant. Dyche should've subbed off McNeil instead, but all's well that ends well. It surprised me that VAR overturned the penalty, but Clarke clearly slipped and kicked McNeil, so that was only fair; I don't know what McKenna is moaning about. On to the next, UTT!

Michael Kean up front is a difficult one. First off, you're absolutely right in saying that he's the best finisher at the club. If the ball falls to anyone in their box, I'd definitely want it to be him!

Playing upfront is a much different game though. Positioning, timing runs off the ball, duping defenders about where he's going to be in 4 seconds etc. Plus the obvious stuff based on hold up play, quick one two's, all that jazz. Who knows if it would work out. Like you Rose, I'd be very interested in seeing it as an experiment!

Looking at the comments Rose, many appear to agree with you regarding Michael Keane, and I’m another one that didn’t laugh at that suggestion because I totally agree, so nice to have you back if it’s only for short ones. See you next week hopefully for another 3 pts, but I rather think it will be a harder task.

Good shout Rosé playing Keane up front we used too play Mick Lyons in the late 70s and 80s up front he did ok but this season Michael Keane been are best centre back so hopefully we get the best of both worlds

Very nice 8 points now, and I think if we pick up as many 6 points from every set of 6 games ahead of us, we will be ok. Hopefully fans will relax about defeats by teams in the top 10, and just count down the next 10 wins which will give Premiership survival, a new Stadium, and an ambitious, intelligent new
