US president John F. Kennedy's (JFK) remarks upon the 25th anniversary of Atatürk's death. We salute both Atatürk and President Kennedy, who was assassinated 12 days after this speech.

Ataturk was a genius and a chosen one and i believe that all Turkish people should feel very lucky to have had such an amazing and rare leader like him. He was way ahead of the time he was living in. it is really sad that a lot of people doesn't understand what he was capable of and his visions.

I've read a lot about Ataturk and I truly believe that he is the most intelligent political/military leader of 20th century (and probably of all times) and the single example to that a man can literally recreate a nation. If you Turks must worship somebody, you better worship him instead of a benighted Arab warlord. Trust me, you do that and you'll outrival the Japanese in no time!

Mustafa Kemal ATATURK is not just a great example for Turkish nation only, he is the best example of what human being has to become and I believe that he is the only human being in whole human history that who was able to complete his evolution a a human % 100!!!!
