The Democrat Gutting Biden's Paid Family Leave Plan

President Biden proposed a good paid leave program. House Democrat Richard Neal made it terrible, turning it into a complex and inefficient giveaway to the insurance industry. Congress must fix it by making it a simple Social Security-like program.
