If War Thunder's MBT-70 was historically accurate

The MBT-70 / KPZ-70 program was a joint venture between the United States and Germany to create a universal main battle tank for NATO. Due to differences in doctrine and design philosophy, the two teams butted heads frequently. The US and German versions began to have less part commonality with components such as the autoloading system and engine. The venture eventually dissolved with Germany beginning work on the Leopard 2 while the US tried to salvage their end of the program with the XM803, a version of the MBT-70 designed to reduce cost. Eventually the US dropped the XM803 to start development of what would become the M1 Abrams.

Still think its funny that it only takes gaijin a small "ballancing update" to change the KPZ-70 reload from 10 to 6 seconds but it takes gaijin a entire new patch to fix the reload rate on MBT-70 and XM-803.
Realy says something about which nation is gaijins favorit...
