I work at a carwash where the cars are loaden onto a convaier belt. My job is pre was the most dirty spots on these cars. In recent years i have died 4 times because of breathing in diesel exhaust .

It is not safe. the exhaust is a threat to human health and the environment. It should be regulated to protect the citizens from exposure. Regulating would save lives and improve quality of life.

.1 micron of what particle, what chemical, what gas? I can say there's .1 microns a particle but that's still just a particle size which is pretty finite but doesn't relay that quanity of particles per million, usually measured using a volumetric unit. .1 microns or sulfur is what would naturally be in the air in some regions with dry slighlty windy conditions where the dirt contains sulfur which is most of the Earth. So saying there's 0.1 micron of a particle contains no factual evidence of anything pertaining to diesel exhaust.

I think worrying about this stuff does more damage to your health than the diesel exhaust does.
