Good idea. You could keep a length of string and clip in your bag and clip it to practice nets at golf courses.

Pete - how much should the right hand (trail hand) be pushing/throwing thru impact as compared to the left hand? Some golf coaches say the trail hand and trail arm supplies 90% of the swing speed, others say its less then 25% of the power and lead arm and lead hand supply almost all of the swing speed and control. I would love to see a video dedicated to testing the effects of mostly trail hand power vs very little trail hand power. Thanks

An idea if you have a sim but don't want to put up tape (or fix tape every time)... get a piece of pipe, tie it into the end of a net and attach the net to the ceiling. You can roll it up out of the way, and even stitch a big line or whatever you want in it! Just drop it to do this, roll it up to use your screen.

About how far is that tape from the mat, and how tall is it? I have a net at home, and was trying to devise a way to aim and create more consistency on my starting path. Also great job Creator's Classic. Was really rooting for that chip off.

I'm going try this. However, instead of using tape on my sim screen, I'm just going make a background image with a target in the center and leave that up while i hit.

I'm lucky enough to have a sim in my garage and a lot of times I don't even turn it on and just focus on where I hit the screen.

Unfortunately @PeterFinchgolf, no home simulator or barn here in my three bed semi. And if I visited the local range, and wandered ten yards forward of my bay carrying an alignment stick, I don't know whether I'd be chucked out or killed first. 🤷‍♂️.
I guess today's lesson was for the wealthy golfist 😅
