Yall it's real. When you do a clean heat dash the scaling is different and enables you to do more hits it's the same for all characters

Nice, but Its not that hard, i can do it pretty easily because its Story mode Devil Jin. He has more frames/recovers faster after the electric and he also does auto ewgf because he doesn't have wgf so no mattet what timing you have it will always be ewgf. And because of more frames/faster recovery you can dash in very close and do another ewgf.
But still +points for doing it.
